Annual service
A yearly service that keeps your boiler safe, efficient and under warranty.
Most breakdowns start as small faults that a proper service would have caught. Josh strips, cleans and checks your boiler, tests it for safety, and leaves you with a written report. He’ll also text you when the next one is due.

What’s covered
- A visual and safety inspection of the boiler, flue and pipework
- A flue gas analysis to check it’s burning safely and efficiently
- Burner, heat exchanger and condensate trap cleaned where needed
- Expansion vessel, pressure and controls checked
- A written service record to keep your warranty valid
- A reminder when your next service is due
